The Office of Public-Private Partnerships (OPPP), Lagos State Government is an agency created by the 2011 PPP Law of Lagos State. The primary objective of the Office is to facilitate the development of public infrastructure or public assets and provide social amenities and other facilities for Lagos State through Public Private Partnerships.

The functions of OPPP LASG include and are not limited to:

  • Initiating and developing public infrastructure and public assets development strategies for the State by means of Public Private Partnerships.
  • Playing advisory roles on policies that will promote and sustain Public Private Partnerships and the development of public infrastructure or public assets in the State.
  • Co-ordinating policies and programmes of the State with respect to Public Private Partnerships for the provision and development of public infrastructure or public assets in the State.
  • Ensuring that Public Private Partnerships for the provision and development of public infrastructure or public assets in the State are in accordance with prevailing Government Policy and public interest.
